𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘 𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗘: 𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗷𝘂𝗺𝗽 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗼 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗼 𝘄𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲𝗱. 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗘𝗧 𝗦𝗣𝗔𝗖𝗘 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱. You can grab your favorite drink (hot water, tea, kombucha…etc.) to add to your comfort. 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗶𝗹𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘆𝗼𝘂. You will place a few drops on your palm, rub your palms together and inhale the aroma. This will support you settling into your body and feeling grounded. 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸/𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘆𝗼𝘂. It’s important to have your homework completed as it informs the session, we will be discussing and reflecting on your homework.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation no later than 24 hours. REWIRE YOUR DESIRE Program particpants: Late cancellations will be charged half the amount of a regular session at $35.
